On the Ride Home

I've been watching this old barn for a couple of years now ... waiting for the perfect lighting and perfect stage of cotton development. I think I came as close as I'll ever get late yesterday afternoon. I will hopefully be able to edit and upload more after I get through the Christmas rush of portrait sessions (for which I am thankful!).



Initial edits in Color Efex Pro in Lightroom. Two layers of texture added in PS: old barn and cotton - masked, painted to erase portions and opacity reduced. Edges from AutoFX's Photographic Edges.
