Newborn Photo Session

Black and white processing is often recommended for emotive subjects, such as maternity and newborn portraits. The stark contrast between light and shadow and the subtle tones of gray cause the viewer to focus on the subject rather than the colors. It was definitely my preference for these recent photos of the newest member of our family, Elijah.
