Willow Book Sequoia Wedding Album

A more traditional album available to my brides is the Sequoia Album by Willow Books. The album is bound in the bride's choice of leather or metal:




The cover may be imprinted and is available with or without a window.



Pages are designed from the bride's favorite images. An average of 2.5 images per page is recommended.

This beautiful arrangement was in the foyer on the table by the guest book for the Dennis-Burge wedding at Dalraida Baptist Church. It was one long-stem rose in a tall, cylindrical vase. There were black or dark gray smooth rocks in the bottom of the vase to secure the rose. This one had an ornate base, but I actually didn't even notice that until I was going through the photographs. What I noticed was how perfectly it was placed for this photograph during the ceremony:



Ward Chesser was the floral designer. He not only did a beautiful job with the designs, he was also one of the most attentive floral designers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Modern Wedding Album

I think wedding albums are so important. I still pull mine out after XX years to enjoy - but it doesn't look anything like the beautiful albums available to brides today. Here's a sample of a new "Modern" album I am now offering, among others, to my brides. The cover features an image of her choice and is available in several colors (see at the bottom of the post):

Summer Snaps 54

We have to do a lot of watering in Alabama in the summer to keep everything green. I found this little decorative sprinkler at Home Depot and just love it. I had to get a few snaps this morning of the water with the morning light. Trying to find something to photograph every day does keep me looking for the beauty in the world!
